It will feature 550 rooms, composed of a hotel block and several building clusters with eight honeymoon and family villas that have direct access to a 1000 square meter cascading swimming pool.
The property is located beside a lagoon-shaped lake called Songculan Lake. It will have a convention center with a capacity of approximatelt 1000 to 1200 persons, meeting or function rooms, a convinience store, various outdoor activities, food, and entertainment outlets. The Rider Levett Bucknall Philippines Inc. is providing Project/Construction Management and Quantity Surveying services to it.
